As we were building our business plan, we wanted to ensure that we were creating a company, who from the ground up, was committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace and beyond. As a new business, having the guidance of MT Consulting Group, helped us to feel confident that we were making the right steps and using the correct language, as we set our goals for the future. Sky from MT Consulting carefully explained the “why” behind everything she coached and really supported our opening through helping develop a land acknowledgement with actionable steps to support our long-term commitments. We brainstormed ways to support diverse hiring, ways we can support diverse groups through our practice, by ensuring that our content was walking the walk and not just talking the talk, and general thought pieces. We’re looking forward to continuing work with MT Consulting group both one-on-one as owners and through lunch and learns with our team as a whole.
